Product Details
Dry-uncured Iberico Chorizo made from the Iberico pig pork cuts, an exclusive breed from Spain known as Pata Negra. The chorizo is cured for more than 45 days and seasoned with salt, pimenton (Spanish smoked paprika) and spices with intense flavor, perfect red color and characteristic aroma. No nitrates and nitrites added.
Ingredients: Acorn-fed lean Iberico pork, paprika, salt, garlic, sugar, cayenne, lactic acid starter culture.
Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.
Origin: Pozoblanco (Cordoba), Spain.
