Dry cured acorn-fed Sobrasada is slowly cured, with an intense orange-red color and a unique irregular surface. It is made with 100 percent acorn-fed ibérico pork. No nitrates or nitrites added.
Ingredients: Iberico pork belly, paprika, salt, dextrin, dextrose, spices, rosemary extract, lemon essential or oil, lactic acid starter culture. Beef collagen casing.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened keep refrigerated.
