If you have an issue with a product we will do our best to take care of the problem quickly.  Please carefully read our Return Policies below.

Return Policies

  • All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of best-buy date on packaging.

  • If possible, please send photos of damaged items to expedite your return.

  • Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging

  • Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

 - Orders MUST BE PLACE BEFORE 2:00 PM EASTER TIME, FROM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, WILL BE SENT THE SAME DAY OR THE FOLLOWING DAY OF THE ORDER PLACED.

- Orders received THURSDAY (AFTER 2:00 PM EASTER TIME ) OR FRIDAY WILL BE SENT OUT ON MONDAY OR THE FIRST DAY OF THE BEGINNING OF THE WEEK.

- WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

- PLEASE CHECK ALL THE ADDRESSES CAREFULLY.

- TRASTIENDA MARKET guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with.If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our establishment.

- Changes to orders must be received immediately. 

- ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
