Hard almond nougat PGI Nougat from Agramunt.
The classic one. Elaborated with almond and honey, this hard "turron" is cover by two thin wafer layers made of potato starch.
Ingredients: Almonds (64%), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, honey, egg white.
Keep in a cool and dry place.
Does not contain gluten. May contain traces of other nuts and milk products.
Origin: Agramunt (Lleida), Spain.
