Sherry vinegar produced after oxidative ageing process in American oak casks. Deep mahogany color with bright amber tints. Unique, powerful aroma, rich in nuances reminiscent of vanilla, dried fruits and wine-soaked wood. Tart and dry on the palate, it transports you to its unmistakable Jerez origins. Ideal for traditional dishes like gazpacho, salads and fish. It adds a very special touch to reductions and sauces.
Dark amber color with intense oak and Oloroso Sherry aromas. A selection of rare vinegars are aged for an average of 15 years in American oak casks in a limited Solera of 18 butts founded in 1905
