Hondarrubi Zuri grape bittersweet vinegar with tradition put through a process of ripening in French oak barrels.
The wood adds its own fragrances to balance the bittersweet flavor to achieve maximum subtlety. This vinegar is gold in color with good aromatic intensity, classical smells of sublime elegance, fruity, fresh and silky body with a sweet note that is very well integrated with the acidity.
