Extremely tender and light floury texture with a buttery taste. Typical of Navarra that are consumed fresh or in Conserva, the flavor is finer, less mealy and they have less skin than dried beans.
Pochas are a white bean that have not reached the point of ripening, which categorizes them as a vegetable.
Ingredients: Fresh haricot beans "Pochas", water and salt.
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
