Crystal pepper is characterized by having a fine texture, an elongated and narrow shape, a fragile skin (its name comes from these characteristics since they are so fine and delicate that they look like glass) and a sweet taste. This type of pepper is a typical variety of Navarra and La Rioja, and they are highly appreciated for being juicy, less acidic and sweeter than other types of peppers. Roasted with local wood and hand packed.
Ingredients: Cristal peppers and citric acid.
Origin: Mendavia (Navarra), Spain.
