Product Details
a signature traditional Spanish cheese from Extremadura, made exclusively with raw Entrefina and Merino sheep's milk and natural thistle rennet. One of only 6 certified DOP producers, in operation for over 25 years. Straw-colored and plush with an unmistakable sour tang, notes of grass and lanolin, and intensifying flavour as it ripens. One of the great traditional Spanish dishes for the cheese board.
