DAPORTA, small scalops in Galician sauce (280 g)
Small zamburinas in sauce, Zamburinas are small tender scallops that are a favorite in Galicia in Northwest Spain. They are prepared in a tomato sauce, onion, white wine, sunflower oil, Spices, and salt, this sauce it's called 'Salsa Gallega.' Serve them with crackers.
Conservas Daporta, personally and without intermediates, selects and chooses the best quality product during the shell-fishing season (from September to November), having its production limited to a few hundred units.
Ingredients: Small scallops, sunflower oil, tomato, onion, wine, garlic, parsley, spices and salt.
