The Alta Expresión Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Shoulder has been subjected to a long and traditional aging process in our own natural drying houses for a minimum of 18 months. It is a valued piece for having a very juicy meat that comes from the front legs of the 100% Ibérico pig. This guarantees the excellent flavor and intense aroma of the fine slices.
